I was standing looking at the garden today, thinking I need more color. I thought I wanted some late blooming daylilies, and I was wondering just which ones would bloom late, July, August, Sept. Then as I looked at the garden it hit me. Most of the color was coming form Zinnias...Cannas, Cleome, and just starting to bloom Celosia etc.
I could have tons of color if I would just learn to plant more zinnias. Every year it seems I think I don't have room, then end up wishing I had planted more. Actually I did plant more, but the darn seed form Lowe's just don't seem to germinate very well.
