Yes, that is cabbage with Piping Rock. A few years ago I had red cabbage and a very large green cabbage growing near it. Neither was picked that summer. The following winter was mild and the cabbages did not die. The following summer they bloomed and I saved seeds from the white cabbage, and this is the resulting hybrid. It is gorgeous.
