That looks wonderful, Karen! I wouldn't make it though, because I'm cooking only for myself, & it probably wouldn't be as good the next day.....I don't have an overabundance of anything right now, but I brought home beans, cukes, & beets from my son's......will be making bean salad, bread & butter pickles, & cold borcht.
