Tall Bearded Iris (Iris 'Mesmerizer') and you should see a section with a white box over the left side of that page that says Adding Actions. The first item says Upload a Photo. Click there and you can upload your picture or you can also scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and there will be a section that also says Adding Actions and you can click on Upload a photo there.
I must admit that I never realized there was a section on the left of the page ... I've always scrolled to the bottom to upload my pictures.
