You also get cheaper access to the genes of some amazing cultivars whose fans are very expensive to purchase. If the seedlings turn out to be fabulous blooms, they can be subsequently registered.
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.
