Welcome! Dennis.

Since I'm new to being really addicted to daylilies, seeds have been a good option to build variety in my garden. And there are plenty of affordable selections -- try Lily Auction also.

I manage to kill off a fair amount of sprouted seeds; haven't found just the right course of seed growing for me so I tend to buy the "cheap" ones.

Earlier this year, I had tagged a TON of seeds on Ebay with my auction sniping tool with the intention of going back on auction ending day for more evaluation-- raising bids or eliminating entirely (probably eliminating most of them). Well, as fate would have it, on that day, Ebay had the site jammed and I couldn't access anything -- no pictures, etc. Plus other network problems, etc. and I ended up "winning" a whole bunch of seeds.

The seller was so happy to have made such a large seed sale that another TON of bonus seeds were included.

In spite of my seed/seedling killing ability, I have a bunch of good looking seedlings growing right now and waiting for them to bloom keeps this old body moving.

As Forest Gump might have said, "Seeds are like a box of chocolates: you never know what you're going to get."
