The expensive greenhouse is for me! I want an Endless Pool, a biomass wood stove with a hot water heater that can be plumbed into the house's system, and a dark polished concrete slab floor to collect heat all winter. Iris seeds will just have to go in the freezer and fridge before they get the expensive (wish list) conservatory.
If I add a water based therapy to my health center, the whole thing can be depreciated off my taxes.
