I remember reading in our "Weekly Reader" when I was in 4th grade that most of the Western US was going to be out of water by the mid 60's and that Wisconsin was projected to be out of water in 1978. I never forgot that. I bet most of you had those little school news papers too.

Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
