This year, I planted it in a 20 inch container by itself in excellent potting mix and it didn't grow and then died. (I wanted to make sure it had enough growing space)

Last year, I planted it in an 18 inch container with 3 other Salvias and it did well. (first time growing it)

Guess next year I'll do what I did in 2013. Don't want it to die again.
