I have many own-root hybrid teas that do well, but I have many more that don't. Most of the ones that grow well came from Amity, which is no longer in business, Moore's, which is no longer in business, Roseland, which is still in business but no longer offers mail-order services, and Roses Unlimited. Most of the ones that don't do well and the ones that died very quickly came from Vintage Gardens, Rogue Valley Roses, Northland Rosarium, and Sequoia, which is no longer in business. I do have vigorous and lovely own-root floribundas, shrubs, climbers, and OGR's from the latter four nurseries.
