Gitagal is probably trying to read the tree-mail via her e-mail message from ATP telling her that she has a private message from you. When she clicks on "Click here to read it" I'm thinking it brings her to the ATP site where she first must log in to be able to read her private tree-mail from you. She is a member here:

I may be wrong but I don't think any of us can read our private tree-mail messages without logging in first; the e-mail from ATP is just telling her she has a private message and gives her a link to the ATP site where she has to log in.
