I am fine, thanks, all is well and there was no virus that was not stopped. Everything seemed to happen when I was trying to fix a problem with Java....it just got worse from there on and my technician was able to fix it today with no problem. I wondered how I could have a virus since I have McAfee and Malware working constantly. Since I sell on the internet and my email is out there everywhere I am blesssed with a technician who has set me up with all the security possible.
The email was the only thing that worked....it seems this has been happening to me when Windows upgrades and this time he found the problem and fixed it. It is too complicated for me to explain. My tech has been with me for years and he knows how vunerable I can be online all the time. I do mess up sometimes when I update a program or play games. I now have all driver updates and he made sure all my games can be played, plus Java and Firefox have the latest there is now installed. So, I am back and ready to get busy. Thanks for your concern.
