Frank, I love crab meat but it sure is difficult to access! Years ago I went with several friends to an "all you can eat crab" place in Florida -- they put newspaper down on the table and dumped a big mound of crabs in front of us, then brought more after a while; I think we ate (well, we tried to get the meat out to eat...) for about 3 hours and then went to McDonald's because we were still hungry! What a waste of good crabs!! (The moral to the story is, they shouldn't give amateurs all-you-can-eat crab) Rolling my eyes.

I'll be looking forward to "seeing" you on the recipe cubit -- it's a work in progress, but definitely ready for adding recipes and chatting!
