I thought it looks a lot like a Ghio iris. His have a lot of ruffling. I Googled "Ghio iris" and then clicked on the images button above. I scanned down the page and found Fortunata. The color is good, but the form and year of introduction are off. Way down the page I found Rare Find by Ghio. When I Googled Rare Find, the form was good, but the colors of the pictures were all over the map. That being said, cameras change the color a lot and the orange color in irises is particularly sensitive to soil changes. The most worrisome feature is the little bit of white around the beard in your picture. That doesn't seem to show up in any of the Rare Find photos. The year of introduction is close to Clear Choice and they could have become mixed up. I know that almost never happens with irises :-).
