With any unknown plant, I never attach a cultivar name unless it's beyond dispute. Cultivars of ornamental plants are usually patented, so any name without a patent attached might not actually be a cultivar name, but a cutesy name attached by the grower or retailer. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C...
