Hello Plumactus25! I think your pachy still has a chance..I still see a pair of good tips there. Maybe it is just quite dehydrated. Best to keep it warm and plant in a very porous media and lightly water it, just to help wake up the roots. If temps continue to go warm in your area, it may just scab over that portion that looks dicey.

Hello gwen1234! Same with your plant, keep it dry and succulent may just scab over and try to regrow a new leaf or branch on the cut off area. Good luck!
