My wish lists typically arise from garden spots where color is lacking during Iris season, or a garden area has expanded and of course needs Irises
Next years project is joining 2 beds to create a shrub and perennial border around the front yard, where I'll use a lot of bright, clear colors that will show off from a distance.
The Irises that keep drawing my attention are those that give the illusion of being lit from within, have bright flashes and beards, and offer lots of contrast. Here's a list of some with those qualities, but I'm not so concerned with obtaining specific named varieties, just several with similar color combinations and brightness.
