No, but it's easy to create one using the Iris Database here at ATP:

Or, if you are an emember of AIS and have access to the online registry, there is an option to "Search by Hybridizer". You'll have to both do a search for "Tom Johnson" and a search for "Thomas Johnson" to get the complete list, though, because some are listed one way and some the other. Also, the 2014 irises aren't listed yet.
The Iris Database here at ATP does include his 2014 irises, but there's a there's quite a bit of information that can't be added until the registry gets updated. Thanks to Brad, many of them do already have pictures (no pictures at all in the iris registry).
Lastly, you can also use the advanced search in the Iris Encyclopedia. If you search for "Thomas Johnson" and click the box for "Both body and title" and check the box for "All public webs", I
think you'll get them all. It's hard to say for certain because you'll also get a lot of extraneous returns (basically, every entry that has the words "Thomas" and "Johnson" in it somewhere). There's no good way to search by parameters in the Encyclopedia as far as I know.
