The purple daylily is Grape Starburst (H Stout). I have 2 remaining Stout Garden daylilies in the garden. Sadly they have not done well up here. The other is Plum Kisses. They remain because they are two of five that show strong blue eyes. Not many daylilies can do that up here. I may not be correct but they seem prone to leaf streak and should do better in a drier climate. I see GS has been dropped from Stouts web site. May I say that I hate leaf streak disease. Slug damage isn't pretty either.
