I just found this thread and I totally agree with all that's been said about this wonderful site. I'm a late bloomer when it comes to the world wide web. The other site (which I joined in 2006) was my very first venture with chatting and visiting with folks on-line. I enjoyed DG for awhile but became a bit frustrated when I'd see the bickering and downright nastiness between some members so I frequented it less and less. Then came ATP's sister site www.cubits.org which I joined right away and found so many more friends and subjects to chat about. It is a wonderful site, but with so many different cubits it was a bit daunting and it got so I couldn't keep up with all of them. Once Dave created All Things Plants this is where I came and stayed. Oh, I did sign up on FaceBook a couple of years ago which was a new experience too and I do post on there quite often but for the most part when I'm on line, it's here at ATP. It truly is joyful visiting the different forums/threads here on All Things Plants and learning from so many wonderful gardening friends!
