I think you just click on Plant Database, then select the link that says, "Add a Plant to the database" and then fill out the necessary info...then someone approves it....but in my experience you have to go back once it's approved and submit your photo to go with it...then THAT gets approved....but maybe I'm doing it the hard way? I don't know! I've submitted a cryptanthus and an orchid that way, seemed to work.
