Go cut an aluminum drink can into a square with the sharp edges left. Dare to run a finger across the side lightly and then a tad harder. Do the same with the pointed edge. Unless extreme pressure is applied I'll bet one would be surprised. One little secret though...

A 1000 grit wet dry sandpaper run briefly when washing the parts is a plus before the finishes, and the metal primer and follow up coats of paints do the rest... Thumbs up I tip my hat to you.
