It's absolutely gorgeous, but I agree with everyone above, you'd need to ask the artist to be absolutely sure. A scientist would need samples of the metals to test, to determine the exact alloys.

The artist will also be able to tell you how to take care of it. You could potentially damage it if you treat or seal it with something that prevents the natural oxidation that gives it the nice blue colors. If it was made to be outdoors, it's most likely meant to oxidize naturally.
