I had 2 die on me last week. Kinda like a slug sucked the life out of them but it's probably the heat.
This one is in the shade all day except for about 1 hour of afternoon sun but all mine had the red blooms.
Too much sun stops the red from appearing...(I think!)
I will go out back in the morning and look at mine in the full sun and report back to you.
