Looks to me like common sense is prevailing over a written rule. 'Brandy Renee' as a daylily name is unlikely to be confused with plain ol' 'Renee'. None of the examples of names with 'Playboy' would be a cause of confusion with the Stout winner. Isn't that the aim? To prevent confusion between cultivars?
