I don't know what it is at this time. Blight is a name that some one else suggested when I told them about it. I need to research it a little and try to pinpoint it.
I had an insect infestation a few weeks back that looked like black nats. A couple of treatments with insecticidal soap seemed to control it though. So it might be something residual from that.
