Just got back from Parks where we had snow Wednesday afternoon. After a walk through my garden... I have a few tomatoes blushing but none even close to ready for picking. This is the worst tomato year I have ever had. My in the ground plants just sit there refusing to grow much. So I have tomatoes on small bushes. Years past my tomato plants have been 5-6 foot tall and covered with tomatoes. It's maddening...it is as if I forgot how to grow them. Not to mention I have an attack of russett mites. Waaaaaaaaaaa. My bucket plants on the other hand are doing much much better...maybe it is that go juice I add to the water. I am just going to have to console myself with the peaches I hid from the birds with my socks and the two trees full of almost ripe apples.
The reason most people fail instead of succeed is because they give up what they want most for what they want at the moment.
