Nocturnals- How these are used in the garden may depend on your morning temps. Here in zone 5 or 6 we tend to have cool mornings and if one wants to see their blooms-say before heading to work?- you would have to plant nocturnals or the cool temps slow them from opening and it may be nearly 10 am before it is open fully. By the time you get home in the later afternoon or early evening they have already started to go down hill because of the heat.
