Gosh, that is such an old rose. I'm guessing it would be hard to find in the nurseries, so you would have to order it online. I found a list of nurseries that carry it here:

Odds are none of these nurseries will have it grafted, it will be on it's own roots, so you will get a small plant. It should grow fine here. It is a Hybrid Tea climber, a sport of a regular hybrid tea.
