The photo is of 2 heat mats my dad made for starting my caudiciform seeds. Most of the seeds will do best at temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. So far the temperature is ranging between 82 and 87 degrees.

Each mat is 1' by 4' , using exterior plywood, fir strips and an 18 foot incandescent rope light.
