The Ludisia discolor is gorgeous. And yes the Cattleya is walking a bit out of its basket, that's why it look so beautiful and happy! I find that most large Cattleyas bloom better when they start walking over the edge of their pots or basket, or simply outgrowing them. They are after all epiphytes.

I see super clean and healthy leaves, if this is what neglect looks like, I would say, go for it! Thumbs up
