I've never been able to get an inflow. I gave up on Plumeria a long, long, long, time ago. I could keep them growing and looking healthy, but never did get a bloom of any of the ones I tried. Even bought one with blooms, and for 5 years it never bloomed again...I just don't have the magic touch when it comes to plumeria. :(
