I am encouraged and will guess again, please.

My brain is thinking it could be the popular florist flower Dianthus Barbatus, an unusually weird variety ( *Blush* I forgot the proper work for that type of flower deformity.
It is sold as "Green Trick" from Colombia "Green Ball" from Ecuador. The plant does not make seeds.
This is only a guess.

Edited to add:
Just in case my guess is correct, this plant must be grown from plugs not from seeds.
