as with any other plant, it is in meeting the growing conditions of the plant that matters. Some heucheras can take more sun than others, but it is better to err on the side of caution and give them more shade rather than less. You'll get the hang of it quickly and then you will want to collect them like the rest of us. I too have the same problem that others have mentioned in that I am running out of room as well!
