Yes, weird thing with the Maxillaria is the one not blooming was the first one I got, and it bloomed nicely for 2 years, then stopped. My mother would say it is "resting on its laurels". Lots of good looking foliage, though. Shrug!

Thanks on Frances, it was more orange and golden last time it bloomed so we'll see what this one does, if the flower thrips will just leave it alone. Here's what it looked like last year.
