The listing agent came with paperwork and to view the property. His wife is a Master Gardener, but not much has rubbed off on him. When I told him most of the irises would be moved he wrote down that the "bulbs" would not stay with the house and then wanted to know how many "bulbs" would be moved. Let's see now--last year's iris plantings have 1 main rhizome and some babies, those planted 3 years ago have a good-sized clump; do they each count as 1 or does each viable one get counted? What a question! I told him the "bulbs" would stay along with the roses, mums, columbine, sedum and the shrubs, while only the rhizomes would be moved [plus some daylilies].
