Thanks Fred and Vickie!

When I saw the 1st UFO seedling bloom, it wasn't much but a red bloom with yellow/green throat. It's getting a lot more interesting with each new bloom. I actually have 3 more siblings to that daylily and all have scapes on them. For me, this is an early bloomer. Not the earliest, but earlier than most all my others. I counted 10 daylilies with scapes that will be blooming for the first time in the next week or so. Siblings are blooming at about the same time. Which I also find most interesting!

Do most daylily seedlings tend to resemble or carry more traits of the pod parent?
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
