I'd consider putting the oregano on the sunny edges of the bed, instead of the middle. That may look like a space right now, but once those tomatoes start to grow, you'll realize there's no gap for a plant in the middle of 4 tomatoes.

The oregano would spill over the edges of a raised bed and look really pretty, too.
