My camera is also on life support, I also need a new one soon, I am trying to wait and see if something nice and affordable comes up at Costco, since I still have a reward voucher I can use...so in the meantime, I use my mobile phone's camera, then upload the photos to Google Drive to save the space on my phone and downloaded later to my laptop. Then I can tweak some photo aspects with Picasa or pzap. I am just a point and click user, though I do need to get a good close-up at times of the subject.

I do like the new cameras that are now wifi equipped..that will save a lot of time in downloading later.

Have long abandoned landlines, but we still have a home phone using magicjack thankfully they have improved that device so I do not have to attach the device to my laptop. These days, I enjoy using the chat services with Viber; using texting if other party is not on Viber. I also keep a google voice number, that is the number I often give out to third party. That way I protect my home number and mobile phone from telemarketers Smiling .
