CDsSister said:Thanks Bev, Just thought I would toss it out there for a couple of days. *Blush* I think most of us were probably all cute little kids. I bet a lot of moms gave their little girls a similar do, in the forties.

My favorite of yours is the Silhouette portrait Jim did of you. Did you ever show us a little you?

I have tried sedum, draba, Orostachys and others... was told the area is getting too much water from over spray by the HOA sprinkler system. Even the patio gets hit with it. The only plant that seems to love it is the ajuga. I guess I could just let it spread over everything. I am going to work with the sprinkler people, I am appealing to them to cut it back but.......... My next try is shhhhhh .... Hosta... Whistling

My little bitty semps will go into the only 2x2 spot of sun on the patio. Today I need to pot them up.
Wish me luck. I love my babies. Lovey dubby

I put your quote here as to not get off subject in other person's thread about pot heads.

So Marilyn, it's not just lack of sun for your semps but there's a water problem too!

Well, let me admit to you (but to nobody else) my plunge into...shhhh. ...Shade Gardening:

It's not an all out effort but it's a start to companion with this that I have in a huge pot:

Good luck with the itty bitties on the sunny side of the patio. Hurray!
