Hurray! I would let them get about 9 to 10 inches tall before doing anything with them. Just super saturate the pots when it's time to transplant them, and the roots will come apart easily for transplanting. I usually put them in the ground at this point.
Politicians are like diapers, they need to be changed often, and for the same reason.
