Pelargonium x hortorum is a good guess at the genus and species, but I think it would be almost impossible to identify the specific cultivar, Dinu. We have about a thousand Pelargonium cultivars listed in our database, and there probably are many others we haven't listed yet. It would be like the proverbial hunt for a needle in a haystack.
