Good morning all. The quest continues...

Thumb of 2015-06-12/GaNinFl/f07658

This one looks a lot like Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Catching Fire') with subtle differences. My NOID has a lighter color on the eye along the mid rib and the throat has a very thin line of the orange to brown shading at the very top. The filament also shows some coloring similar to 'Catching Fire'.

Rookie daylily grower question... I'm all ears! Do you think that my NOID being a young plant of only two maturing fans could show these differences until mature? My plant is also, not siting in a prime location with ideal sunlight and is being zapped by the neighbors hungry azalea's. Sad

My next question to self is, how would I get a slice of this pie from a 2013 register...? Confused I've only purchased from three growers and at the evil empire out of spring bulb bags... Rolling on the floor laughing The growers do not have it listed anywhere, I've checked.

Polymerous, the pink is a dormant plant and blooms about MLa season for me here in the panhandle of FL. The sepals like CP are a shade lighter that the petals. It is fragrant from what I can remember. And this is the second year in a row that it has exhibited some sort of splotching or blotched color on the petal. I have not had any issues with rust to date. Knock on wood....

I do appreciate everyone's help. I am Fine with calling these NOID's but sure would like to know their names...

Have a great day! I tip my hat to you.
