LOL - no surprises there (on the hotdog) - please just consider yourself an educator of those who don't yet know the wonders of foodie-hood.

Seeing as many of us are from America, I wonder if you might like to put together an article of the gardens (and restaurants!) for those who come to visit the UK. Especially of those places that are not on the beaten (to death) tourist tracks.

Of course, my suggestion is purely selfish - I expect to be back in the UK in May, although this time I'll probably be based out of Cork, Ireland for a week or so. But my husband's business takes him to Manchester and Kettering, occasionally London and sometimes I get to tag along. Big Grin I admit to being spoiled. But as an example, we were able to stumble upon a pub in London that specialised in sausage and it was glorious. The rest of the food that trip was fine, but neither of us have had anything like it since.
In the end, only kindness matters.

Science is not the answer, it is the question.
