A truly wonderful thing for London's kids, High time importance and resources were placed in these areas. London's parks were deemed important by Victorian society, they seem to have had an insight we have lost.
You know Londoners have no idea just what they would miss were they to do as I have. London has the potential to be the finest city in the entire world, it's such a pity they don't realize it!
