Jasmin......Choose containers made out of a lighter man made material. I stay away from pottery usually. Pick pots that flare out at the top so that when you want to replant in a few years you can get the plants out more easily. I like containers in good proportion to the Hosta. Allow for a few years growth. As to which plants to choose it takes a little experimentation. My Praying Hands died the first winter in a container but friends have large plants of PH prospering in pots. I've had Pilgrim in an urn for several years. Others I like are Wheee', Goodness Gracious, Blue Mouse Ears......the choice is endless......again experiment. Good luck.
