At a place where I used to work they had some yellow daylilies that bloomed all year. (They were not Stella d'Oro.) The building was for sale and was going to be torn down so I decided I would steal a daylily while I was waiting for my husband to pick me up at the end of the day. I tried to dig it out with my spoon but the soil was too hard. Thus ended my little life of crime. Hilarious! (I do have a jade plant grown from a cutting, an agave grown from a pup, and Virginia creeper grown from cuttings that I took at work. I also tried to grow dietes and pineapple guava from seed with no success.)
