I have quite a few varieties of ginger which I have lost a lot of the tags, I know I have editable one which is growing next to another type of ginger, because they are so close to one another now I don't know when I dug them out which is which. This particular ginger is similar to the red ginger but because it still hasn't had a decent flower I don't know what it is.
Now I am worried that when I dug the roots out it might not be editable. Can you help me please. I have attached a photo of the plant.
