I'm in a quandry, trying to determine how to describe the edges on a couple of my daylily cultivars.

What is the difference between "bubbly", "braided", "ruffled"/"heavily ruffled", "knobs", etc.?

Unfortunately, AHS wasn't much help. The best I could get there was this: http://www.daylilies.org/ahs_d... , which simply shows a picture demonstrating 4 different edge characteristics. It doesn't describe the difference between any of them. Blinking

At the moment, I'm trying to figure out how to describe the edge on my Goose Bumps daylily:
