Recently, I edited to include some details of the Carex retrorsa. I remember reading somewhere it was Endangered. When I looked on the USDA site, I found it was, but only in certain states. I went to mark it, but there was no option to list where. So I believe I just left that alone. What is the best thing to do when I run into this again?
